The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has released data on financial promotions for the third quarter of 2023. During this period, the FCA intervened with authorised firms and as a result, 5,310 promotions were either amended or withdrawn. The retail investments and retail lending sectors accounted for the majority of these interventions, making up 80% of the FCA's actions with authorised firms.
