I asked Mexo to release just part of the funds which was less than what I sent them to be deposited in my account there and they blacklisted me so that now I cannot even chat with customer service. No email, no phone no way to contact them to resolve the issue. charging 1% a day until all funds are gone to make it look like I was at fault for not sending them even more money when the account has almost a half a million dollars in it. I refused to send more money to the scammer website and I feel stupid for ever trusting them in the first place. Nowhere on their website can you fins a copy of their policy and no other exchange trading site does business this way.
