This brokerage platform is virtually unregulated and the customer support service is not professional at all. After a brief chat with their customer service staff, they will keep letting you deposit. It is not recommended to choose such a platform, really.

Their account requirements are so unclear that it took me ages just to figure out what I needed to do to open an account. And then the actual account opening process was ridiculously long - I felt like I was jumping through hoops just to get started. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it took forever for someone to respond to my queries, and even then the answers were not very helpful.
